SERVICE / REPAIRS / CUSTOMER SERVICE

* Pool Opening and Closing Staff
Must possess the ability to hook up/dismantle pool equipment. Must possess the ability to operate the pumps and necessary equipment to accomplish this job. Must possess the tools necessary to complete the job. Must be prepared and able to accept full responsibility for completing each opening or closing successfully and correctly. Must have the ability to solve problems with pool equipment on site. Must also be able to complete small, minor plumbing repairs on site. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to read directions and write necessary information on the required forms. Must have excellent customer service skills.

* Pool Equipment Installer
Must posses the ability to lay out , install and plumb pool equipment. Must possess the ability to correctly install filtration, circulation equipment, pool accessories, ladders, slides etc. as required. Must possess the necessary tools to complete this job. Must have a valid driver's license. Must possess excellent customer service skills.

* Pool/Spa Service Technician
Must posses the ability to determine the source of a pool or spa related problem and complete the corresponding repair. Must have plumbing abilities or aptitude toward plumbing and repairs. Must possess the ability to find leaks in pools and spas. Must possess the ability to acquire the knowledge to complete this job. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have excellent customer service skills.

* Hot Tub Delivery Person
Must have a valid driver's license.Must possess the ability to read, understand and follow instructions given in relationship to delivering a new hot tub to a customer's home. Must have excellent customer service skills.

RETAIL SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE

* Water Analysis
Must have the ability to process pool and spa water through a series of prescribed tests at test lab. This includes entering the data accurately into the test history and printing a test analysis for the customer. Must be prepared to assist the customer in obtaining the chemicals needed for their pool or spa.

* Point of Sale
Must be able to access the customer on the data base and cash out the customer using the Aquabyte Pool Leader Program. Must be able to access the customer purchase history and accurately scan items into the program for purchase. This includes accurate exchange of money and use of the Moneris card swipe program.

* Customer Service
Must be able to accurately fill out service call request sheets and site inspection sheets with customer address, phone number, directions and identification of the problem. This also includesfollowing store established steps for processing the request. Must be able to process a customer request for ordering a product. This also includes following store established protocol for ordering a product.

* Retail Sales
Must show product knowledge for all pool and spa chemicals plus accessories. Includes being able to look up a specific product and price. Must display a pleasant manner with customers , assisting them from selection of product to cash out. Must also be able to answer the phone in a professional manner using the appropriate greeting and language for the store.

CONSTRUCTION

* Wall Installer
Must have the ability to install pool walls as outlined in our Construction Manual. Must have the "leadership' qualities and possess all of the tools necessary to complete the job. Must be prepared to accept full responsibility for performing this aspect of work correctly. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Assistant Wall Installer
Must possess all of the tools necessary to compete the job. Must have the same abilities as the Wall Installer and be able to fill in that position if necessary. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Floor Shaper and Finisher
Must understand floor drawings and be able to complete the job as outlined in our Construction Manual. Must have "leadership" qualities and possess all the tools necessary to complete the job. Must be prepared to accept full responsibility for performing this aspect of work correctly. Must possess a valid Driver's License.

* Assistant Floor Shaper and Finisher
Must possess all of the tools necessary to complete the job. Must have the same abilities as the Floor Shaper and Finisher and be able to fill in that position if necessary. Must possess a valid Driver's license.

* Bobcat Operator
Must fully understand the operation of the machine and demonstrate the ability to operate it effectively. Must understand the requirements for above ground pool base preparation, inground pool backfills and yard grading and clean-ups. This includes the ability to estimate material quantities and time allowances to complete the work. Must be prepared to take responsibility to maintain the machine in good working condition. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Shell Plumber
Must have the ability to complete the pool shell plumbing as outlined in our Construction Manual. This includes the completion of necessary layout drawings for company files. Must possess all of the tools to complete the job. Must be prepared to accept full responsibility for performing this aspect of the work correctly . Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Coping Installer
Must have the ability to complete the pool coping as outlined in our Construction Manual. This includes being able to use the materials as cost effectively as possible and make the finished job impressive. Must possess all of the tools (except power saw) to complete the job. Must be prepared to accept the responsibility for performing this aspect of work correctly. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Deck Former
Must have the ability to complete the deck forming as outlined in our Construction Manual. This includes making the forms extremely secure and accurate. Must possess all of the tools to complete the job. Must be prepared to accept full responsibility for performing this aspect of work correctly. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Assistant Deck Former
Must possess all of the tools necessary to complete the job. Must have the same abilities as the Deck Former and be able to fill in that position if necessary. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Deck Concrete Finisher
Must possess all of the tools necessary to complete pouring the deck and impressing as outlined in our Construction Manual. Must understand the importance of this "finishing work". Must be capable of measuring and ordering the proper quantities and mix to complete the task, including adding colour and release colours. Must be prepared to accept full responsibility for performing this aspect of work correctly. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Assistant Deck Concrete Finisher
Must possess all of the tools necessary to complete the job. Must have the same abilities as the Deck Concrete Finisher and be able to fill in that position if necessary. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Deck Saw Cutter
Must have the ability to perform this job as outlined in our Construction Manual. Must understand the use, care and maintenance of our concrete saws. Must understand how the cuts are to be laid out. Must be prepared to accept full responsibility for performing this aspect of work correctly, including the importance of this "finishing" work. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Liner Installer
Must have the ability to install liners as outlined in our Construction Manual. Must fully understand the importance of having the shell completely prepared prior to hanging a liner, including an understanding of the consequences of an improperly installed liner. Must possess all of the tools necessary to complete the job, except vinyl vacuums. Must be prepared to accept full responsibility for performing this aspect of work correctly. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Assistant Liner Installer
Must have the same abilities as the Liner Installer and be able to fill in that position if necessary. Must possess all of the tools necessary to complete the job. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Clean up, Equipment Installer and Plumber
Must be prepared to accept full responsibility for performing this aspect of work correctly. Must possess all of the tools necessary to complete the job. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Maintenance Manager (Tools/Vehicles/Equipment/Warehouse)
Must understand the tools, vehicles and equipment as well as the importance of keeping them in good working order without delays for maintenance, repairs or service. Must be prepared to accept full responsibility for performing this aspect of work correctly. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Labourer
Must have the strength and ability to assist with all aspects of pool construction and our warehouse operations.

* Above Ground Pool Installer
Must possess all of the tools necessary to complete the job as outlined in our Construction Manual. Must be prepared to accept full responsibility for performing this aspect of work correctly. Must possess a valid driver's license.

* Assistant Above Ground Pool Installer
Must possess all of the tools necessary to complete the job. Must have the same abilities as the Above Ground Pool Installer and be able to fill in that position if necessary. Must possess a valid driver's license.
